why can't you do in the finder mod task bar horizon like in control panel (blue task bar horizon )?

Hai sasson , in the finder substyle , the shellstyle is used in increasin the border. so no taskpane m8.

If my computer opens with delay , it has nothing to do with this vs, i think...
